Where Does OID Information Store for Devices in Cacti ?
Cacti Graph plotting depends upon SNMP connection on specific OIDs for each Devices.
Where We can find those OIDs for Each Device Stored on Cacti ?
As below Snap Shot, polling will happen only for maximum 10 OIDs.

They are template specific. Either in the data_input_data table, or more assesible in Console > Utilities > View SNMP Cache

Learn how the Cacti Templating engine works. Read the Documentation on https://docs.cacti.net. Plain and simple. Learn how to use SNMP of course helps.
