Spine is throwing errors

Hi All,

we are using latest cacti version 1.2.21 and spine 1.2.21-1 on linux. We are seeing this error from spine and graph is showing blank for period of time.

2022-09-08 12:28:13 - SPINE: Poller[Main Poller] PID[822] PT[139637576542336] ERROR: Device[*******] HT[1] polling timed out while acquiring Available Thread Lock

How to resolve this error ?

This likely means that you have a script that is timing out and the poller can not finish in time. Do a debug pass using spine to find the problem script and adjust the script so that it does not time out. If the data just takes too much time to run, then collect the data asynchronously and store it in a table and gather the value from the table instead.

./spine -R -V 3 -S -f host_id -l host_id

Replace host_id with the id of the problematic host.

This issues is resolved after increased the thread count in settings.
