Error A valid timezone that matches MySQL and the system

Post by timezoneerror »

hello everyone, your help please.

I am installing Cacti v1.2.21 on RHEL 8, Apache, Mariadb 10.3.32 and php 7.2.24, add the timezone in php.ini, but I still get the error in PHP WEB

I have already done apache and server restart after modifying php.ini

There are several similar questions on the forum, but none of them seem to be resolved.

They have all been resolved. The question is why is the date.timezone empty in your various PHP.ini files. Remember, after you make this change, you have to restart httpd/apache2/nginx and possibly php-fpo depending on your web server.

I have restarted httpd after changing the settings, but the settings are not reflected.

I checked other PHP.ini files, but I can't find any files that require timezone settings, and it doesn't look like the timezone settings are being parsed.

Do you know which other PHP.ini files I should set?

Code: Select all

[user@host ~]# find / -name 'php.ini'
/etc/php.ini

[user@host ~]# php --ini
Configuration File (php.ini) Path: /etc
Loaded Configuration File: /etc/php.ini
Scan for additional .ini files in: /etc/php.d

It's /etc/php.ini.
