Currently, no bulk actions are possible and please do not claim that having action for 750 at once is enough, or adding a number to an array would help No, bulk management can be slow but is should be as what it says, entities are edited one by one in background
Actually this remains true since my last serious visit to Cacti 10 years ago (viewtopic.php?f=21&t=54036)
I need to:
* remove tens or hundreds thousand of Tholds, devices, graphs, data sources etc
* I need to change the tens or hundreds thousand of devices settings (eg. reindexing method)
* alternatively I need Autom8 to take care about that (remove graphs, I am still not a developer, but I know the importance of CRUD...)
After 10 years nothing has changed except I have more powerful machine with 128 cores and 512 GB RAM - still I cannot delete 100k devices, search them by graph number matching a number, reindex without php cli, cmon, please!............
...how should I remove this :

Re: Feature request: bulk actions
Locking topic. Remember Cacti is a FREE product. If you would like to submit a patch or pull request then feel free. You seem to be using cacti for large installs with a very specialized use case. If it doesn't currently do what you want, then I would suggest you hire a PHP developer to customize it for your needs.

Re: Feature request: bulk actions
Some good feature requests in here Stephan. You should log them in the correct location.
