Hello,
I was hoping someone might have some insight. I've seen a few topics kind of touch on this, but nothing really definite in regards to an answer. With both HP and FS switches I don't seem to get much in regards to responses. I've played around with Zabbix and was able to get readings and there is no issue with solarwinds, however our license isn't big enough to cover the new additions as the budget tight. However I can't seem to get many readings other than uptime and on a couple switches the latency. All are configured similarly and readable using other platforms. I'm not too sure where else I could look to find out what is giving these unreadable errors. The graphs mostly show - nan or 0.
Many thanks for any insight.
Cacti 1.2.21
ubuntu 20.04
Often nan or 0 on graphs.

Re: Often nan or 0 on graphs.
Try getting the value using snmpget, if that works, then either:
- Increase your snmp timeout
- Reduce the value for max_oids from the GUI
