We're running Cacti 1.19 on RHEL 7. The gui says we're running version 1.19, however, when checking at the o.s. level, it says we have 1.20 installed.

After logging in, getting error "x.x.x.x is currently unable to handle this request" HTTP ERROR 500
Did some research and first 2 recommendations were to upgrade, but hoping there is a quicker-simpler fix for this.
Thanks for your help!

Re: currently unable to handle this request
If you are using hte package, this is normally installed to /usr/share/cacti/ and you can check the version in the include/cacti_version
You should also check what is serving the website and the configuration it uses matches for the folder that has cacti in it.

Thanks for the info. We decided to go ahead and install a new OEL 8 server and used this link for the cacti install: https://techviewleo.com/install-and-con ... cle-linux/
