Cacti Graphs showing "nan" with no output

Hi - I am running Cacti with below softwares

Cacti version 1.2.19
mysql version 8.0.28
Ubuntu 20.04.4 LTS
Spine 1.2.6

However i don't see graphs getting plotted and see "nan" in Current/Average/Maximum
Can someone help me to resolve this issue.

have you problem with all graphs or only with some?

Enable device debug (management-> devices-> select one -> right upper corner and check cacti log

Hi Macan - I enabled the device debugging but i dont see any logs for that device also i have Cacti Graphs showing "nan" with no output
for all devices.

Please assist to t-shoot this issue.

Console->settings->Paths : here is path to log. Please show debug information from log for any device

You can also enable debug for everything on General Tab -> Generic Log Level
