BOOST SVR WARNING: Detected Poller Boost Overrun, Possible Boost Poller Crash with no hosts being polled

We have a new server that doesn't have any hosts configured yet but for some reason, Boost is constantly running and failing. It looks like there is something stuck in a table but I'm not sure how to clean it up. We tried a reboot of the server and also disabling and re-enabling Boost but that made no change. This is Cacti 1.2.19 on CentOS with MySQL
