Wrong interface statistics for Juniper MX204

Post by mudmud »

Hi All,

I hope somebody here can help me to figure out a solution for the issue I am having:

Issue:
We have recently added a Juniper MX204 router to our network, I have added the device to Cacti and the relevant SNMP interface graphs, all graphs are populating, but the graph values are all wrong. Some interfaces that are having more than a gig of traffic is showing just about 100M on the graph. However, when I run the realtime graph for the same, it is graphing the actual values correctly. (see below)

I am using the same SNMP interface statistics graph templates with other devices which are correctly graphing without any issues.

Installed cacti Version: 1.2.16

I have been using Cacti for a while, but have never come across this type of issue before. I have tried to troubleshoot by myself for almost a day with no luck, hence the reason I turn to your expert opinions here. Please provide me with some assistance to sort out this issue.

Thank you in advance!
