"BOOST ERROR: Failed to retrieve archive table name"

We are running Cacti 1.2.19 on Linux and had the poller disabled for a long period of time. Upon starting it, there are 3.6 million queued Boost items, the number isn't reducing (despite boost running), and we are seeing the ""BOOST ERROR: Failed to retrieve archive table name" error. We don't care about any of the records, so is there an SQL command that we can run to delete them and then see if everything starts processing?
