cacti 0.8.8 - problem- adding threshold to aggregated graph

Hello,

i know that cacti 0.8.8c is old , but currently that is what we have,
we would upgrade later this year.

i have a question, i have created an aggregate graph using the aggregate plugin,
and i have tried to add an interface traffic threshold template to it.
but when i check the cacti thresholds page i see that it added the threshold to the
first interface of the aggregated graph and NOT to the whole aggregate graph.

how can i add a threshold to the aggregated graph since i want an alert when the aggregated traffic is above a value.
