Weathermap plugin: Not Compatible, Legacy Plugin

Hello Admin and every one
I install cacti 1.2.19 on Centos 7.9.2009, mysql Ver 14.14 Distrib 5.7.36, for Linux (x86_64) using EditLine wrapper, PHP 7.2.34.
After that i install weathermap plugin 0.98 anh do following:
cd /usr/share/cacti/plugins
wget https://github.com/howardjones/network- ... -0.98a.zip
unzip php-weathermap-0.98a.zip
chmod -R 775 weathermap/config/
chown -R apache:apache weathermap/configs/
vi weathermap/editor.php
change $ENABLED=false; --- >> $ENABLED=true;
systemctl restart httpd
systemctl restart mysqld
I go into configuration/Plugin but Cacti web inform weathermap status: Not compatible, Legacy Plugin

So could you help me:
1. what wearthermap is best for cacti 1.2.19
2. can i use weather map 0.98 for cacti 1.2.19 ? and how can i resolve this problem

For Cacti 1.x you will need to use this version of weathermap: https://github.com/thurban/plugin_weathermap
