CPU Utilization graph shows integer steps

Post by cinergi2 »

I'm using Cacti v1.2.16 with the Net-SNMP - CPU Utilization graph template (among others) to monitor some Linux-based remote hosts. I noticed that the CPU Utilization graph is stepped in integer percentages, giving the graphs a jagged appearance. It's either 1.0%, 2.0%, etc. - no decimal percentages. Is this normal? I recall an older Cacti installation (v0.8 something) monitoring the same hosts, and those graphs had decimal values. Unfortunately I don't recall whether the same OIDs were being monitored for the CPU values, though I don't see what others it could have been.

Thanks!
