Network device Icons stay blue after upgrade

Post by CGcavUser »

Hello Folks,

We have a server running RHEL 7.8 where Cacti is installed . Recently, the security team had asked us to remediate some vulnerabilities on this server that needed immediate fixing.
We acquired downtime and performed OS patching by running yum update on the server.

The update completed smoothly. Post this we tried to reboot the server, and it was taking a long time to reboot so we rebooted using the VMware console. After the reboot, the application was accessible, but the icons for the devices that are being monitored are now appearing as blue. We decided to wait for a few hours in the hope that those icons will eventually turn green, however upon last checking, they are still blue.

Can anyone let us know any reasons why these are still blue? Any help in resolving this issue will be greatly appreciated.
