Missing docsis_modem.pl script

I am using cacti to monitor multiple Arris and Cisco CMTS's for bandwidth and errors.
I am seeing a log repeated over and over with the following:

Can't open perl script "/usr/share/cacti/site/scripts/docsis_modem.pl": No such file or directory

I am currently using 1.2.16 installed from repo on Ubuntu 21.04.

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of this perl script to clean up my logs?
