Alerts for traffic per month

Hi all!

I am not sure if this is the right place for my question, please move it if necessary.

I currently have thold installed, but I can get another plugin.

With thold monitoring I got the impression that it alerts me if X traffic is exceeded for Y time. i.e. on the vertical axis of the graph.

I want to receive alerts if a specific port exceeds specific amount of traffic for a given period. For example Device Switch1, port 1 exceeds 1TB traffic (in+out combined) for September.
