Naming DEF/CDEF
Can we have the ability to explicitly name DEF/CDEFs? This would make it much easier when attempting to use a CDEF based on a DEF.

When I add a DEF to a graph (say I want to get the MAX from the rrd), it defaults to 'a,b,c,d...'. I would like the ability to specifically name those, as well as CDEFs that I create.
I have made a hack to do moving averages within cacti, but it is very limited due to not being able to name my DEF/CDEFs.
