My template not working

Hello.
I want to create a template for collecting several metrics at once.

Create Data Input Method:
- name: My Host Resources
- input fields: host_id (special field)
- output fields: uptime, mem_size, mem_used, cpu_util, load_1m, load_5m, load_15m

Create Data Source Template:
- name: My Host Resources
- method: My Host Resources
I add data source items and link them to the corresponding output fields.

Сreate 3 Graph Template:
1. My Host Resources (Usage); data sources: uptime, load_1m, load_5m, load_15m
2. My Host Resources (CPU); data sources: uptime, cpu_util
3. My Host Resources (Memory); data sources: mem_size, mem_used

Then I create a new device (localhost).
I go to the "New Graphs" menu. But in the list of available Graph Templates, I don't have my templates.
if you edit a template with the "Multiple instances" option enabled, the template appears in the list of available ones.
But when creating the Graph, I get an error: "Graph Not created for My Host Resources (Usage) due to bad data"
And no Graph is generated.

You need to update to a later version. The Data Source Verification was not quite right before 1.2.18

Have you updated to the latest development sources of the 1.2.x branch? That will likely be released next weekend provide there are no major issues.
