Hello i want to change inbound & outbound text something else like Upload & Download image attached below

Just modify the graph template.

If you edit the graph in question, there is an option top right "Edit Graph Template" and within that graph template, you can change the items displayed on the graph. Be warned though, it will change it for all graphs using that template so if you want to have a new type, you should clone the graph template rather than just edit it.
