I have a windows server 2012 R2 with Cacti installed and trying to update all versions of the software.
Installed Cygwin and added the options as from this post https://docs.cacti.net/manual:088:1_ins ... tall_spine.
Done the ./configure but not that experienced with the log to know if there is some error which is stopping the make process.
I have attached a copy of the config.log and a file containing the output from the make command, if someone could take a look and perhaps put me on the correct path to compiling the latest version of spine (latest 1.2.16).

The backtrace issues with cygwin have also been fixed in the later tags on github.
