Cacti takes too long to collect data

I created the graphic collection interval of 5 minutes, crontab in every one minute to perform a poller.php. And I set 'Poller Interval', 'Cron Interval' are Every Minute.
Now is 23:13 minutes, but the data has not been collected up 23:10. This caused a problem for the aggregation graphic appears 0 occurred.

How do I do this can make the graphics more timely data collection?

OS：Centos7.3
Server time is synchronized and accurate。

I have enabled the Performance configuration, but the data collection is still very slow, and the data of the previous cycle will be displayed after about 4 minutes。Not all graphics data collection is slow。

What should I do to get the data collected at the correct time？ please help me, thank you
