Combined Graph, values in the legend?

A bit of background:

I was requested to make a graph that allows our admins to compare cpu load on N hosts within a single graph. They believe this will help them easily find usage deviation between a set of hosts. I created a graph template and then assigned a few hosts cpu utilization stats to it. No problem there.

The problem:

Now I have this fancy graph but you can't easily tell which color/graph goes with which host. Is there anyway I can have cacti put the host_description in the legend without hard-coding it on a per-template basis?

I tried |host_description| but that didn't so much work.
