Thold 1.5.2 and Cacti 1.2.15 (From Repo) not work

Hi,
I have Centos 7 and Cacti 1.2.15 fresh Install from repo.
I ınstall thold 1.5.2 (develop) version
Even I create templates and apply to Interface, thold not read current value or thold value.
My template should be triggered in 30Mbps:

But there is no value shown in thold management

So there is no alarm or log about that. In debug log I saw only read value as Zero

But in database I saw the current , previous and treshold values:
