poller_output_boost_arch_xxxx tables in CACTI database

Post by jhonnyx »

Hi Everyone

Quick question:

I see I have 318 (!!!) poller_output_boost_arch_xxxx tables in CACTI database is this normal?

I can also see that apparently the main one poller_output_boost increase in size and others not, I noticed them after my colleagues updated CACTI to version 1.2.14

Before when I installed the system I didn't see these tables in the database.

Thank you for any suggestion about it

Yea, not really normal. Depending on your size, you should only run boost about once every 4-6 hours. Make sure you are not running it too often.

For those wondering, I'm still here, but lost in the shadows. Yearning for less bugs. Who want's a Cacti 1.3/2.0? Streams anyone?
