Hi, I know this issue has been around and I decided to open my own topic instead of sharing because I'm not sure whether sharing is allowed or otherwise. I having issue with my graph. At first i thought it was the cacti version so i develop a R&D cacti with newer version (1.2.14) and the problem is still there. While my old cacti have a log issue where it does not return any log, my new cacti do have log. I been reading a lot on this issue but i cant fine something which similar to mine which having same error output. Below is the error:

Another problem i facing now is this error keep on repeating on different time frame as well but the graph shows no gap. I'm not very sure whether this error is actually the reason behind the gap. Any advice or help is appreciated.

If you are not using the snmpagent, disable it.

hi thanks for the reply. I do need the snmpagent as i pull the details from my switch and router using snmp and i use v2.

That isn't what the Cacti SNMP Agent does. It doesn't pull info, it offers up info. Its safe to disable it, it won't affect you pulling data from other devices.
