Time Graph View - Sudden Problem

Post by habibkanso »

Hello Folks,

Suddenly my time view graphs all show daily 5 min average.
Also I have no history in case I zoomed out for example. This happened suddenly and I didn’t change anything.

I did amend some legends in interface (bits/second) template, but the history vanished on all devices and on all other templates.

Below is a picture to clarify what I mean.

N.B: RRA rows and span are still intact and I compared them to another working installation.

Hello,

I didn’t face any problem before.

RRA values are correct, and I could only find the fix on the forum with rra values.

Thanks, Hero1c

If you are using 1.2.x, the best thing to do is upgrade to 1.2.14. If you are on anything less than that, you have to edit the following three files and change "16000" to "26000":

graph_image.php
graph_json.php
graph_xport.php

cd /var/www/html
git clone -b 1.2.x https://github.com/cacti/cacti.git cacti-branch
/bin/cp -rpf cacti-branch/* cacti
chown -R apache:apache cacti

Refresh your browser. However, if you installed from RPM or from a Debian package, this will break your Cacti.
