i have using cacti 1.2.4 on windows server 2012

how i fix it ?

are you seeing any other errors about your poller timing out ?
Are you using cmd.php or spine ?
whats your proccess count and thread count ?

Is this happening all of the time or intermittent ?
what plugins do you have installed if any ?

thanks for the quick reply to me
its a great help for me .
i have using cmd.php not spine .more errors occurs in cacti logs tab
