Weathermap issue

Hi all,
I am just migrating my cacti from 0.8.8h to 1.2.12 a few days ago. And I installed weathermap it works fine but few minutes later the weathermap tab on the top of cacti page is disappeared. The status of weathermap plugin is disable.
In the cacti log show like this:
