Real time graph showing choppy output

Hi,

I installed new version of cacti and I noticed when I used real time graph the picture of that can't be appeared ( I used to see one round circle) and my graph are showing choppy. this is not a continuous traffic and I see some spike after a while even though on normal graph my traffic is ok.

I attached my picture. can someone help me here please ?

This is likely the snmp agent on the device you are monitoring. It's likely only updating it's information every X seconds. So, the graphs will appear choppy in that case. Some older devices especially only update the interface metrics once every 15 seconds. Certainly back when I was in the business, over 15 years ago.

I am monitoring an ISR router and this is not an old device. when I took that off I see traffic is continuous. I have this problem for most of devices are ISR's. I don't see this problem for IOS router like.
