The Time of the Graphic is wrong

I need help I'm using centos 7 updated 2020-06, I'm in Brazil (GMT -3), I'm with TZDATA adjusted but the chart after update to 1.2.12 was incorrect.

Unfortunately it was already correct, the adjustment in php.ini.

" date.timezone = America/Sao_Paulo "

the problem remains.
