cacti snmpv3 error

The current cacti setting was being written version2.
I'm going to put it up as version 3, but it's well listed at first,
It says snmp error in the device information note.
It's working fine I wonder what to do here.
I'd appreciate your advice.

Check to make sure you have your SNMPv3 credentials correct
try doing a snmp walk manually with the v3 creds see if that works

Also note that if you have php-snmp installed that may be your issue as well
