Cacti 1.x Version missing graph-id url

Hello Folks,

I have recently installed the latest version of cacti 1.2.11 on a centos-7 machine and everything so far seems to be working great! Although one thing i miss on a latest version is the graph-id url whenever I look for the specific graphs (its called "Time-Graph-View" in 1.x version)which I was using on a 0.8.8h version.

For example:
0.8.8h:
http://old-cacti/cacti/graph.php?action ... _id=150189

1.2.11:
http://cacti-new/cacti/graph_view.php

Is this something we can still bring on the newer version?
