Found some of my device status us Unknown - 30 out of 200 devices.
upon further troubleshooting the rrd are not created and these are only for some interfaces - tried to delete and re-create didn't help.

I believe that apache user have access to rra/rrd
sudo nano /etc/cron.d/cacti
