Email Notification for bandwith utilization in Cacti

Hi
We are using Cacti version 1.2.3 we want Email Notification for bandwith utilization in Cacti when it reach to 80% and stays on 80% utilization for at least 1 hour.

thats do able just use thold
setup a threshold for interface usage
setup a trigger for 1 hour

add your email and bingo
