Data sources (1 template) stopped writing to RRD files

Hi,

I'll start by saying that I'm not quite the Cacti master as I have used it only for a few months now. I've inherited a legacy installation and haven't had much time to put into it.

For the past 4 days not, all the data sources based on one cacti template (Interface - Traffic) have stopped writing data to the RRD files. I'm assuming that something was changed on the template but I'm not sure what. Some hosts were added to Cacti the day the issue started. Obviously, there's no new data in the associated graphs - but the historical data still shows up.

The poller seems to process all data sources but there are no obvious error message as to why some data isn't send to RRD files. The snmp requests show up in the logs but the poller "CACTI2RRD" is not run for the existing data sources based on the "interface - Traffic" template.

If I create new data sources with a new graph for an existing host, everything looks fine for that new data source.

I've tried to deleting RRD files and rebuilding the poller cache with no success, all new hosts added to Cacti were also disabled.

I'd like to find a way to get that data written without recreating all associated data sources, graphs, maps, alerts and whatnot. Any help would be much appreciated.
