Cacti finds the interfaces but has no data on graph

Post by Pomaiiika »

Hello dear Friends!

I just installed cacti 1.2.10.
Added a device (ericsson traffic node)
By default it shows ping latency graph and the graph is ok, the data is present in the graph, so it means the system works.

I added interface template, and it found several interfaces of my node but the graphs show no data (Nan).
The cacti.log shows that poller gets the data from device, some data is correct, some data is U.
httpd/error_log shows nothing at all.

cacti.log output

Code: Select all

For correct data problem:
Why the poller gets data but cacti does not graph it?

For U problem:
it seems that cacti found my interfaces, and their alias, and other info, but the OID of the traffic in/out is wrong, so it outputs U.
Why it finds wrong OID for traffic in/out ?
