Cacti version 1.2.2 and plugin Weathermap 0.98

Hello,
I installed a version of cacti 1.2.8 and the plugin weathermap 0.98 version but first we have a problem with the logs

I found a problem during the installation, the database didn't work properly. After that I changed on the script of the weathermap « last_value » (code line 370) by « `last_value` » for the creation of the table.
I made a modification on Cacct/www/plugins/weathermap in the Unix file (setup.php) on the "rrdd file" (code line 383) by modifying KEY rrdfile (rrdfile) by KEY rrdfile (rrdfile(250)) to be able to truncate in 250 characters for to not exceed 1000 bytes .

Once the changes have been made I can connect to my Cacti page and when i activate the "Weathermap" tab on my Cacti page I can see the tab appear but I can't make any actions, the page remains blocked I can still browse the tabs but I cannot make any changes.
