PHP - bits/sec 64 bit counters

Is there a way through the php scripting to make sure that you are creating the 64 bit counter bits/sec graphs? I have been having to do so manually via the web console - as I do not see this graph template listed as a distinct one when utilizing this command -

"php cli/add_graphs.php --list-graph-templates"
