One of our devs noticed something really screwy with Firefox's latest iterations. Ignore the user with the bad attitude, and read TheWitness' comments about firefox. You may be expereincing the same thing:

Re: loading page in firefox 74.0.1 64 bit
Yea, I received the bug and told the user to go back to 68.6.1esr, and he was like, no, it's your problem. I told him to log a Firefox bug and he said, nope, it's not their issue. So, yea, things started to melt down from there. Every once and a while being on the Bleeding edge with Firefox leads to race conditions like your profile not working. I even refreshed my profile (shame on me, but I was able to restore some things when I went back to 68.6.1esr), and FF was still tanking and quite slow.
From some of the warnings in the ticket, it appeared that the issues "may" have been related our new Content-Security-Policy feature, which people have been reporting issues on the Safari beta browsers as well. So, we made a last minute change to 1.2.11 to adjust the Content-Security-Policy as a Hail Mary to maybe get something to work for the guy. Oddly enough, the Content-Security-Policy that the browser was complaining about was not set by us, so it might be in his Apache configuration on Debian 10.3 (again bleeding edge). So, just moving on for the moment.
Maybe if the guy grows a pair, he will be back and eat his humble pie and we can just get along, or at least go along to get along.
