gigabitethernetX/Y/Z label displayed as gigabitethernet

Post by duemila »

Hi to all,
I cannot get rid of a problem involving Huawei s5700 switch ethernet ports monitoring.
More precisely, device snmp interrogation works fine but in the graphs interface's name seems truncated. So GigabitEthernet0/0/1
became GigabitEthernet and so on. As the snmp interface index is different from ethernet port number, it is difficult to relate a graph to a
a specific phisycal interface. No difference if s5300 instead of the generic templates is used. No specific s5700 template available.

Cacti Version 0.8.8b
Cacti OS unix
SNMP Version NET-SNMP version: 5.5
RRDTool Version RRDTool 1.4.x

Thank you for your kind attention!
