Error on upgrading from 1.2.8 to 1.2.9

Am using Centos 7.7 64bits
This morning I found cacti update requirement when opening a page [From 1.2.8 to 1.2.9] but it fails on the

/usr/share/cacti/include/vendor/csrf/csrf-secret.php ====> Not Writable

This is a known issue due to a bug in the way the code was written to work with a secret file if it existed.

You need to just create the file and make sure that the website user can right it. It was correct in this weekends coming 1.2.10 release.
