permission denied for /cacti/remote_agent.php,but folder has permission

Hi Team,

I am getting the below error on device addition page. But i have enough folder permission for this file. This is happening in last two week. this is showing for only one remote poller. I have another remote poller. I dont see for that remote poller.

Check SELinux, and also check your apache error logs, as they typically give more information.

Also, make sure your configuration matches on both servers as url_path which is by default set to '/cacti/' should match what URL your apache/nginx/iis configuration is using. And, check the permissions of the cacti folder itself, just because the file has the right permissions doesn't mean the folder it's in does.

Please find the Selinux status. I check folder and file permission. both are fine. The same verified with working remote poller as well. I am running two remote poller. I am getting this error only for one poller.
