cacti graph issue

I have an issue with cacti graph.
In my data source :
rrdtool info *543* | grep last_ds
ds[ifTx].last_ds = "1315"
ds[ifRx].last_ds = "594"
but on cacti graph show difference value:
How can I display the actual value in data source on graph?
