Cacti snmpv3 not working

Hi

I have installed Cacti version 1.2.8 on windows server .i have configured snmpv3 for some of the devices.However i have observed in v3 for snmp processor and mounted partitions there is no data query returned for verbose query but the same works fine when configured snmpv2.Interface statistics works properly with snmpv2 as well as snmpv3.Requesting your help for getting snmpv3 working for processor as well as mounted partitions.
