PHP/HTTPD - Looking for Guidance.

Hello,

Looking to update PHP & HTTPD on my cacti box.

Is it as simple as running "yum install php7.3" or "apt get update" via the command prompt to update to latest version? Or is there a special way to update it for Cacti?

New to system, so I do not want to cause issues or impact.

Any help would be appreciated.

Be careful upgrading to PHP 7.3/7.4. You should be OK as long as you on one of the latest versions of 1.2.x with 7.3 but 7.4 isn't officially tested/supported under 1.2.x yet.
