Missing Datasource issue

For what ever ereason I have many on those error:

I try to repair the DB, the rebuild the poller_cache, still the same error, so how is it possible and how can I fix this ?

I am also running into this on my main poller. None of the provided scripts seem to fix the issue.

I think it was caused when I was trying to delete some graphs during a time of very high load on my main cacti server and perhaps something timed out while deleting them.

What is the best way to clean up these records to stop the errors?

One of my remote pollers is logging lines like this so clearly both the main instance and a remote poller are confused:
