Create Graph names for a specific device

Hey Guys

I am trying to create a device template within cacti for a specific device

I am trying to edit the naming of the graphs as this particular device only has IF-NAME and not IF-ALIAS
so I am left with just the port number and not the name

I made a duplicate of the interface traffic template and re-named it I added |query_ifAlias| to the graph title
I made a graph with this template but the naming didn't work I was able to edit the data source but that applies to all devices instead of this one

How can I make this a template only for a particular device?

You need to have a duplicate device template as well as a duplicate graph template. Associate the duplicate graph template, with your customisations to the duplicate device template.

So I have duplicated the device template
and I duplicated the graph template

Now on the duplicate device template Im not able to associate the duplicate graph template to the duplicate device template

Well, I may be wrong but your picture shows you trying to add a duplicate data query, not graph template.

ah man i wish it was that easy but no the graph template doesnt appear
