Secondary index in SNMP query

Post by jschoot »

I have a question about SNMP queries where there is an secondary index.

I have an index of an interface which I can get using SNMP. This works.
Now I have properties on that interface which also have an secondary index. How do I work with this?

Example:
OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.10.251.1.2.2.1.2
ifIndex 14
xdsl2ChStatusUnit 1 and 2

Now I need the output of the following:
.1.3.6.1.2.1.10.251.1.2.2.1.2.14.1
.1.3.6.1.2.1.10.251.1.2.2.1.2.14.2

How do I put this in an query?

What is the most Chan's you will have? Is fit always like 2, just write two Data Template using SNMP Get and the a Graph Template to tie them together.
Before history, there was a paradise, now dust.
