CMDPHP ERROR: A DB Exec Failed!, Error: Duplicate entry '4'

Dear All,

my environment: GNU/Linux 4.15 Ubuntu ; PHP 7.2.19-0ubuntu0.18.04.1 ; Cacti 1.2.5 ; Mactrack 4.4 ; MySQL 5.7.17

So far almost everything is working, except Mactrack doesn't show IP's. But I see repeating in the logs these red error:

The questions are, which DB is it ? Is there a way to turn on more logging information ? And how to fix it ?
