SNMP Error timeout but yesterday is work.

Hai,
can you are help me for solve this problem:

System SNMP error - SNMP::get(): No response from 192.168.168.238 

and i checked in the centos 7 for

snmpwalk -v1 -c public 'my windows ip'

but i get an answer like that

Timeout: no response from 'my windows ip'

i done try any tutor like youtube and forum but stuck with this problem
before that yesterday the cacti have a same problem like that and the poller has not run correctly but WORK after i setting the properties of SNMP service

Please help me, deadline is coming
